Terms of service

Last updated: 24 October 2026

These terms apply when you work with Grow Digital UK ("we", "us"), a business based in Manchester, UK. Your written quote and these terms together make up our agreement. If the quote says something different from these terms, the quote applies. Our services are provided to businesses.

1. Quotes

We give every client a written quote setting out the work, price and expected timeline. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Work starts once you accept the quote and any deposit has been paid.

2. Prices

Our prices are listed on our pricing page and confirmed in your quote. Prices exclude ad spend and third-party subscriptions — for example domain names, paid AI plans, advertising, or paid plugins — which you pay directly to the provider.

3. Payment

  • Websites: a 50% deposit to book your project, and the remaining 50% before the website goes live.
  • AI Health Check and AI Setup: paid in full before work starts.
  • Monthly plans (care plans, AI Support and social media): paid monthly in advance.

Invoices are due within 7 days unless your quote says otherwise. We may pause work or monthly services while an invoice is overdue.

4. Your part

To keep projects on schedule, we'll need you to send content (such as text, logos and photos), give feedback and approve work in good time. You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, everything you send us. Timelines are estimates and depend on receiving content and feedback when needed.

5. Revisions

Each website package includes a set number of revision rounds (2 for Starter, 3 for Business, or as stated in your quote). A round is one set of feedback sent together. Additional changes, or changes to the agreed scope, may be quoted separately.

6. Domains and hosting

Domain names are registered in your name and paid for by you at cost. Hosting is included in our Care and Care Plus plans. If you don't take a care plan, you are responsible for your own hosting once the website is handed over.

7. Monthly plans and cancellation

Care plans, AI Support and social media plans run month to month. You can cancel anytime by giving 30 days' notice by email. If you cancel a care plan, we'll help you move your website to another host.

8. Ownership

Once you've paid in full, you own your website's design and content, and any content we create for you. We keep ownership of our general tools, code and templates, which we may reuse. With your permission, we may show your project on our website.

9. AI onboarding

We set up and train you on third-party AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Microsoft Copilot. These tools are provided by other companies under their own terms, and their features may change. AI output can be wrong, so it should always be checked by a person before it's used. Our guidance on safe use and data protection is practical advice, not legal advice. You remain responsible for how your business uses AI tools and for meeting any rules that apply to your industry.

10. Social media

We access your accounts through Meta Business Suite partner access or each platform's official team access; we never need your passwords. Posts are published only after your approval. We can't guarantee particular results, such as followers, reach or sales, and we're not responsible for changes made by the platforms.

11. Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential and only share it with trusted specialists when a project needs it, under the same duty of confidentiality. See our privacy policy for how we handle personal information.

12. Liability

We'll carry out our work with reasonable care and skill. We're not liable for indirect losses, such as loss of profit or business, or for problems caused by third-party services outside our control. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Ending a project

Either of us can end a project by giving written notice. You'll pay for work completed up to that point. Deposits cover work started and booked time, and are non-refundable once work has begun.

14. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
